Sanford Mid-Dakota Medical Center is dedicated to providing the best healthcare services to the people in the Tri-County area of Brule, Buffalo and Lyman Counties through a holistic, integrated care continuum.
Sanford Mid-Dakota Hospital, a 25-bed private room facility, provides a variety of inpatient and outpatient care services. Clinic providers are available in four locations to provide convenient access to healthcare throughout the Chamberlain area. Sanford Mid-Dakota Care Center provides services for older adults in the Tri-County area.
We offer physical, occupational and speech therapies in our Physical Medicine Department. Our Radiology Department and Laboratory offer some of the finest equipment and trained staff in the area.
Through our partnership with Sanford Health, other services are also available including: Dialysis, Home Health, and Durable Medical Equipment.
Chamberlain rests on the east side of the Missouri River (Lake Francis Case). The city can be accessed from Interstate 90 by taking exit 263 or 265. There are directional signs posted for Sanford Mid-Dakota Medical Center from both east and west exits.
