Schaub to represent South Dakota at National Laboratory Convention

Andrea Schaub, a medical laboratory scientist at Sanford Mid-Dakota Medical Center in Chamberlain has been recognized for her significant contributions to the profession of Clinical Laboratory Science as the 2009 Member of the Year for the American Society for Clinical laboratory Science (ASCLS) South Dakota.

ASCLS serves as the voice of all clinical laboratory professionals, creating a vision for the advancement of clinical laboratory and advocating the value and the role of the profession, ensuring safe, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered healthcare.

Schaub will travel to the national ASCLS convention in Anaheim, California July 26 – 30 as a delegate to represent South Dakota laboratory professionals. Schaub has been employed at Sanford Mid-Dakota since 2002.
