Register now for the next Grocery Store Tour at Al’s Oasis in Oacoma. Sanford Mid-Dakota’s registered dietitian, Mindy Donovan, will help you navigate the grocery aisles to find nutritious foods. She will guide you through the aisles and talk about nutrition fact labels, ingredient lists and those tricky advertisements on the front of the package. The tour may also include guidance for special dietary needs. The tour begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday June 30 and will last approximately 1 hour.
