Sanford Mid-Dakota Medical Center accepted a donation from the Chamberlain/Oacoma Sun to support local cancer patients. The donation is the proceeds from a breast cancer awareness promotion in the Sun in the Wednesday, Nov. 4 issue.
Twenty-one local businesses showed their support, as did the men and women pictured in the accompanying Pink Day photos. “The credit goes to the business and local supporters,” said Jessica Giard, editor of the Sun.
