Sanford Mid-Dakota Medical Center in Chamberlain is offering childbirth classes for expectant mothers. Classes will be held February 1 and 8 from 6:30 pm – 9 pm each night at the hospital at 300 S. Byron Blvd.
Participants are encouraged to attend both nights, as different subjects will be covered each night. Topics covered include exercise, diet, relaxation, breathing techniques, labor and delivery, c-sections and pain options, baby care, postpartum and breastfeeding.

There is no charge to attend. Participants should bring a pillow to each class.
The next session of childbirth classes will also be conducted in May.
