Location: Sanford Medical Center Chamberlain
Description: Participants are encouraged to attend both nights, as different subjects will be covered each night. Topics covered include exercise, diet, relaxation, breathing techniques, labor and delivery, c-sections and pain options, baby care, postpartum and breastfeeding.

When: Aug 2 and 9 – 6:30 pm – 9 pm each night
Cost: FREE
There is no charge to attend. Participants should bring a pillow to each class. The next session of childbirth classes will also be conducted in November.
